Written scope and fixed quote
You get a clear spec and a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Payment terms
50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Projects over $3,000 are split into milestones.
Delivery
Source code via GitHub, deployed to your hosting, with full ownership transferred on final payment.
Third-party costs are not included unless stated: domains, hosting, paid APIs, and premium plugins or licenses. These are billed by the providers directly to you.
Pricing questions
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled through our payment provider once your quote is approved. You'll receive an invoice with the available methods. Prices are in USD.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope. A Launch site is usually 1 to 2 weeks, a Build project 4 to 8 weeks, and Automate work 1 to 4 weeks. Your written quote includes a timeline.
How many revisions do I get?
Launch includes 2 rounds of revisions. Build and Automate projects are milestone-based, so you review and give feedback at each milestone before we move on.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full ownership of the source code transfers to you on final payment, delivered through GitHub and deployed to your hosting.
What happens after the support period ends?
Bugs in delivered work are fixed free during the support window. After it ends, further changes and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately, or covered by a monthly retainer if you'd like one.
What is your refund policy?
Before work starts you can get a full refund of the upfront payment. Once work is underway, refunds apply to milestones not yet started. See the refund policy for the full details.
